An Act Regarding Espionage as a civil crime, for the punishments, accorded therewith, and for purposes connected therewith
Be it enacted by His Most Gracious and Excellent Majesty, by and with the Advice and Consent of Parliament assembled, as follows–
- Espionage is the act of disclosing confidential information to those not intended to receive. This can result in exilation, and fines up to but not exceeding 100 Boercs.
- This Act shall be known as the Espionage Act, 2020.
