An Act to Disallow Dishonourably Dishcharged members back into the Baustralian Armed Forces

Be it enacted by His Majesty, and with the consent of the current Commons assembled, the following:-

  1. This Act shall be known as the Military Service Act, 2020.
  2. All members in the past dishonourably discharged shall not be allowed to rejoin the Baustralian Armed Forces.
  3. Members who fall out of this scope of activity will be removed from Parliament and their seats re-opened for by-elections.
  4. Dishonourably discharged members, even if changed to an honourable discharge, shall not be allowed to re-enter the Baustralian Armed Forces, however members originally given honourable discharged shall.
