3 John 1, chapter 14

An Act to Allow the Monarch to pass any Act without the Consent of the Commons, Lords Temporal and Spiritual, or any Legislature

  1. This Act shall be known as the Monarchy (Powers) Act, 2019.
  2. His Majesty shall be able to create legislation, allocate a bill citation, and assent any legislation without any consent from the Commons, Lords Temporal and Spiritual, or other legislature.
  3. His Majesty may also pass legislation through Parliament if he so wishes.
  4. This Act shall extend to His Majesty and his successors.
  5. This Act shall come into effect immediately.
