An Act regarding ties in elections, to determine the winning candidate, and for purposes connected therewith

  1. Should, during the counting of votes, a tie result from an election, the counting officer will flip a One Boerc coin to determine who should win.
  2. This Act shall be known as the Elections (Determination) Act, 2020.
