An Act to define the National Symbols of Baustralia

Preface

  1. Whereas the Parliament of Baustralia has repealed all the acts of Parliament for restructuring, we, the Parliament are issuing this act, to declare all national symbols.
  2. This Act shall be known as National Symbols Act, 2018.
  3. Provisions of this Act referring to His Majesty the King extend also to the Heirs and Successors of His Majesty, Kings and Queens of the Kingdom of Baustralia.

Flag

Horizontal hoisting

  1. The flag of Baustralia shall be blazoned as follows:
  2. Tierced in pale, azure argent azure, in a ratio of 1:2:1. In pale a Baustralian fish naiant of the first.
  3. Azure shall be defined as follows:
    1. HEX: #336;
    2. RGB: 51, 51, 102;
    3. CYMK: 50, 50, 0, 60;
    4. HSL: 240, 33, 30;
    5. Pantone: 534 C; etc.
  4. Argent shall be defined as follows:
    1. HEX: #FFF;
    2. RGB: 255, 255, 255;
    3. CYMK: 0, 0, 0, 0;
    4. HSL: 0, 0, 100; etc.

Vertical hoisting

  1. When the flag is hoisted vertically (45° or less) the fish must be rotated.

Royal Arms

  1. The royal arms of Baustralia shall be defined as follows:
    1. For escutcheon, Quarterly,
      1. in the first, the Arms of Holderton, in the second, the Arms of Landspotter,
      2. in the third, the Arms of Newport,
      3. in the fourth, the Arms of Mild Pond.
    2. For supporters, dexter a stag, sinister a bear collared gules ensigned with the shield of the House of Caravaggio, royally crowned
    3. For a compartment, a Caravaggio rose, bluebonnets, magnolia, and the trillium all Proper.
    4. Mantling azure and ermine.
    5. For a crest, upon the royal helm the royal crown proper, thereon a lion statant guardant or royally crowned proper.
