An Act regarding citizenship in Baustralia and the rights revoked by convicts of law

Be it enacted by the King’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Definition

  1. Citizens are those legally bound to Baustralia and its laws, and must submit to the rule of His Majesty, his heirs and successors, as well as the ministers of the Crown.

Short Title

  1. This Act may be cited as the Citizenship Act.

Right to Revoke

  1. All citizens have the right to revoke their citizenship. This is done in front of a Baustralian judge.
  2. Convicts do not have the right to revoke his citizenship. The right shall be returned unto them upon the finishing of his sentence.
